Shearwater Sharks

Becoming a junior coach is a great way for high school students to share their love for swimming with our younger swimmers, develop leadership skills, and get volunteer service hours! Responsibilities of junior coaches include assisting the coaching staff with the execution of practices and meets.

Interested candidates must have completed their freshmen year of high school, have some level of swim team experience, and be generally available to work during the entire swim season.
