Successful First Week of Practice

As we are nearing the end of our first week of practice, we want to thank all of our coaches and swimmers that braved the frozen waters of Shearwater! The water should be much more comfortable as we head into the next couple of weeks as we warm up into the 80s-90s. Also, we still have a few swimmer registration slots available, so please let your neighbors know.

Coaching Addition

We want to welcome Coach Hayden to the team! Hayden was born and raised in St. John’s Florida and has been a part of the St. John’s Summer Swim League for 13 years. Hayden’s been a Junior Coach for the St. John’s Stingrays for 3 seasons. Hayden has been on the Bartram Trail High School Varsity Swim Team for the past 3 years, and has been on the regional team for those 3 years. Hayden will finish her 2022-2023 senior year and then plans on majoring in Biblical Studies.

Summer Season Kickoff Cookout & Silent Auction

We will also be hosting a silent auction with many generous items and services donated by Shearwater residents and area organizations such as the Jumbo Shrimp, Alligator Farm, and the Jacksonville Zoo. Don't miss it!
