Purchasing through our team store is recommended, but not required. You can also use Amazon or other sites, but we've found that SwimOutlet is the cheaper option in many cases.

Practice Gear Recommendations

• Swim Suits
  • Girls should wear a one-piece suit without ruffles or hanging decorations.
  • Boys should wear jammer style shorts or similar.
  • Recommend saving custom Sharks suits for meets only.
  • Competition Tech suits cannot be worn during meets per League bylaws.
• Googles
  • 9 and Unders: TYR Swimple or similar
  • 10+: Speedo Vanquisher, TYR Blackops, TYR Vesi
  • 2-3 pairs recommended for season
• Swim Cap
  • Silicone for durability, Latex for lowest cost
  • The team will provide one Sharks swim cap. Purchasing additional caps for practice is recommended.
  • 2-3 caps recommended for season
• Junior Kickboard (all ages)
• Floating Swim Fins
  • Sporti or Finis with ~6" blade
  • Scuba diving, long fin styles are NOT recommended
• Mesh Bag / Backpack
