Shark family

Following on with Coach Bright's email, tomorrow, we have a home meet against the Bartram Barracudas. Please remember that, according to our contract with the CDD, all meet parking must be off-site with exceptions for disabilities, infants, etc. Please make a plan to get your family to the meet without parking a car at the Kayak club. We do have off-site parking with shuttles on Pine Tree Ln if needed. Check your swimmer in by 7am. Volunteers check in by 7am.

We will have concessions tomorrow including donuts, breakfast biscuits, coffee and more. Bring your appetites as this is also a good fundraiser for the Sharks. 

REMINDERS

• Mark your swimmer on their back right shoulder write their first Initial, last name and SWS.
• The Team area or Tent City will be set up on the left side in the grassy area behind the pool.
• Please do NOT set up on the pool deck.
• The area on the starters side of the pool is off limits to swimmers and spectators.
• No parents are allowed behind the blocks!
• SWIMMERS MUST STAY IN THE TEAM AREA!! The lazy river, playground, and splash pool are off limits during the meet. With the exception of warm-ups and events, swimmers must stay out of the lap pool, this includes sitting on steps.
• Make sure to let a coach or board member know if your swimmer can no longer swim tomorrow!!!

TIMELINE:

• 6:45 AM- Check in swimmers and pick up team cap or shirt if not received yet
• 7:00 AM – Groups 1 & 2 warm up
• 7:10 AM – Groups 3 warm up
• 7:45 AM- ALL stroke and turn judges and timers for both sessions report to Starters table for meeting
• 7:50 AM - Team Cheer
• 7:55 AM - Events 1-6 report to Clerk of Course
• 8:00 AM - Meet Starts
