Dear Sharks Families,

Thank you to everyone who completed our end-of-season survey. We are grateful for your feedback and pleased that so many families had a positive experience this season. Your input will help us continue improving the program.

Based on your feedback, our primary focus areas for 2027 will be:

• Practice Scheduling – Explore adding morning practice options during the summer to provide more flexibility and reduce weather-related disruptions.
• Technical Development – Increase focus on starts, dives, flip turns, stroke technique, and individualized feedback.
• Coach Engagement – Evaluate staffing and practice structure to provide swimmers with more direct instruction and attention.
• Volunteer Participation – Review and clarify volunteer expectations to ensure responsibilities are shared fairly among all families.
• Team Events & Recognition – Consider enhancements to team events, swimmer recognition, and overall family experience.
• Program Growth – Continue recruiting new swimmers and families while strengthening our Sharks community.

We were especially encouraged by the strong feedback regarding our meet organization, communications, and overall team culture, and we will continue building on those strengths.
